Why would you hold their lives from leaving them, so they can burn and suffer eternally? Wouldn't it be better to SACRIFICE Jesus for the sins of all humanity that whosoever believes in Him may be saved instead of SACRIFICING confused Jews and Christians to save Sinful Muslims? Sorry Allah, I'll lean with the confused Christians, their Allah is LOVE and He doesn't burn His unbelieving creature in the hell of fire eternally just to make them suffer and pay! The Christian Allah is a bit more balanced and Jesus' sahabahs were eyewitnesses and gave their lives for the savior who loved them!

I am glad the Christian God does not get stuck in these little issues! The message is clear, mankind sinned, and a savior came and paid the penalty for their sins. Some of the younger brothers don't really know their place. They're not level headed, over emotional and too quick to react without thinking of consequences. Unfortunately some of these brothers have also got into the dawah scene. The ruler of country xyz may or may not be a kafir, but idk why do these brothers feel so confident they are right about him. Why don't they have the same confidence in regards to any other rulings in Islam? Edit: And what don't they want to obey from this ruler? Every1 knows obedience to someone who's commanding something haram is impermissible whether it is your parents, whether it is a wife's husband, whether a ruler. So that leaves us to obey permissible things like traffic laws, residence laws etc which we all obey when we're in a kafir country even though they're enforced by a kafir ruler. So why not obey these laws of a muslim country (even if it doesn't follow sharia)?? Leave the takfeer for the ulema. But perhaps you lot think all ulama of muslim countries are silent and scared 😵‍💫

I'm sorry but I cannot and will not obey a ruler who has clearly shown his dzalim nature by jailing ulama and overthrowing legitimate, elected governments (you know whom I'm referring to). Rasulullah SAWS was referring to rulers who were, although tyrannical, still upholding the khilafah and enforcing hadd in their entirety. There are examples of such individuals during the Umayyad and Abbasid eras and Muslims had always obeyed and never tried to overthrow their rule. But the rulers today have not and will not establish the Khilafah. I am not suggesting to go as far as to make takfeer on them, but to speak up and to educate the public so that these dzalim rulers will one day be overthrown is, to me, a legitimate struggle.

«Prophet Muhammad ‎ﷺ : “Whoever rejects obedience to the ruler and divides the community and dies will have died upon ignorance. Whoever fights under the banner of one who is blind, raging for the sake of tribalism, or calling to tribalism, or supporting tribalism, and is killed will have died upon ignorance. Whoever rebels against my nation, striking the righteous and wicked alike and sparing not even the believers and does not fulfill the pledge of security, then he has nothing to do with me and I have nothing to do with him.”» (Muslim 1848)

«The Prophet (ﷺ) called us and we gave him the Pledge of allegiance for Islam, and among the conditions on which he took the Pledge from us, was that we were to listen and obey (the orders) both at the time when we were active and at the time when we were tired, and at our difficult time and at our ease and to be obedient to the ruler and give him his right even if he did not give us our right, and not to fight against him unless we noticed him having open Kufr (disbelief) for which we would have a proof with us from Allah.» (Bukhari 7055, 7056)

«Prophet Muhammad ‎ﷺ said : "The best of your rulers are those whom you love and who love you, who you pray for and who pray for you. And the worst of your rulers are those whom you hate and who hate you, whom, you curse and they curse you”. Those present said : “Shouldn't we overthrow them for this?”. He said : “No, as long as they establish prayer among you. Mind you! One who has a ruler appointed over him and he finds that the ruler indulges in an act of disobedience to Allah, he should hate the ruler's act, but should not disobey him”.» (Muslim 1855b)

«O Prophet of Allah! Tell us, what you command us to do if there arises over us rulers who demand of us what is due to them and refuse us what is due to us. «Prophet Muhammad ‎ﷺ said : “If somebody sees his Muslim ruler doing something he disapproves of, he should be patient, for whoever becomes separate from the Muslim group even for a span and then dies, he will die as those who died in Jahiliyyah.”» (Bukhari 7143)

«Prophet Muhammad ‎ﷺ said : “After me will come rulers who do not follow my guidance and my Sunnah. Some of their men will have the hearts of devils in a human body. And you should listen to the ruler and carry out his orders even if your back is flogged and your wealth is snatched, you should listen and obey.”» (Muslim 1847b)

Any ruler Muslim or non-Muslim implanting a law that is different than what was sent to Rasulullah is a Kaffir, full stop. You don’t need to be a scholar to understand that! The problem is we Muslims have become too timid in our protection and preservation of this Deen. We are afraid of the kuffar and now we are afraid to speak out against these deviants trying to reform the meaning of Islam.
